What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems? You will be a part of a team handling:

Technical analysis in 3rd party patent assertions and litigations against Nokia and our customers

Evaluating risks for Nokia products based on assertion packages from third parties

Creating invalidity and non-infringement arguments,as well as studying potential workaround solutions

Making/subcontracting prior art searches

Co-operation with standardization and BU experts to understand the technology and detailed product implementations

Presenting defensive arguments in negotiations with 3rd parties

Working together with in-house and external counsels in litigations

Your skills and experience

You have:

Strong technological background and familiarity with cellular communication standards such as LTE and 5G

MSc or similar qualification in a relevant technical field such as electrical engineering or computer science

An aptitude for continuous learning of new and complex technologies

It would be nice if you also had:

At least 5 years of experience in IPR and/or cellular standards

A fluent English speaker and writer

Excellent communication and team work skills

Ability to prioritise effectively and work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
