Apple is seeking a compensation & benefits attorney with experience in a wide variety of matters, including executive compensation, global employee benefits, compensation, and equity programs. This position will report to the Principal Counsel for Total Rewards Legal within Apple’s Corporate & Compliance Legal Department.

Minimum Qualifications

5 or more years of experience in global benefits, compensation and/or global equity law.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Strong technical knowledge of relevant U.S. federal tax and securities laws (IRC, ’33 and ’34 Acts, Sarbanes-Oxley, Dodd-Frank, ERISA) and general familiarity with applicable foreign laws related to compensation, benefit and/or equity plans in non-US jurisdictions.

Preferred Qualifications

Able to provide practical legal advice with regard to a wide variety of issues that arise in the context of global total rewards programs.
Has a demonstrated ability to quickly identify, analyze and propose practical solutions to legal and business issues and lead projects to successful implementation.
Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Self-starter who takes ownership, exercises sound judgment, and maintains attention to detail.
Creative thinker who thrives on developing innovative, practical solutions to new challenges.
Litigation and dispute experience is welcome but not required.
