The Office of Criminal Conflict & Civil Regional Counsel, First Region, is seeking a full-time attorney in our 14th Circuit office to handle criminal and/or dependency and civil cases. The qualified applicant should have a minimum of three (3) years’ legal experience, preferably in Criminal Defense and/or Civil dependency and termination of parental rights cases and must be a member in good standing with The Florida Bar.  The Attorney will be required to represent clients in various types of court hearings, and multiple dockets in Gulf, Holmes, Bay, Jackson, Calhoun and/or Washington counties.  The position is a full time State of Florida position with attendant state benefits with a salary range commensurate with the successful applicant's experience.
