What you´ll do Lead initiatives to improve how legal work flows across the business, including process mapping, process optimization, design of intake systems, creating self-service tools or automating repetitive tasks. Develop systems and protocols to organize data, information and institutional knowledge so the team can find, access and re-use it more effectively. Manage medium and large regional legal projects focused on process improvement, substantive matters, and department initiatives, and coordinate with the overall legal team to support global projects. Evaluate, implement, refine and maintain legal tech tools and adapt standard company software and tech solutions (including AI) to legal initiatives. Organize and support the onboarding of law firms and other legal vendors, track fee arrangements, and monitor performance. Develop, track and report on KPIs related to work volume, allocation timing, and feedback.
