Assistant County Attorney

The Office of the Grafton County Attorney currently has a full-time position available for a highly motivated attorney. An Assistant County Attorney is primarily responsible for appearing in and prosecuting felony cases in Superior Court, as well as conducting legal research, drafting and filing motions and being a collaborative member of our overall prosecutorial team. Other responsibilities include discussing legal aspects of criminal cases with police and community relations in general.

Applicant must have a Juris Doctor Degree and be a member in good standing of the NH Bar. We are flexible with telework options.
