We are seeking a motivated and project-oriented Corporate Counsel (or Counsel) to join our internal legal team. This role will provide legal and governance support across the organization, with a strong focus on corporate governance, compliance, and project-related contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a solutions-driven mindset, the ability to partner cross-functionally, and experience managing legal matters for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Provide legal support for corporate governance, including drafting and maintaining company policies, board materials, and corporate filings. 

  • Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and project-related documentation. 

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across jurisdictions where CTI operates. 

  • Partner with project teams to manage legal risk and support contract execution throughout the project lifecycle. 

  • Advise management on legal and regulatory matters impacting business operations and projects. 

  • Collaborate with external counsel as needed on specialized issues. 

  • Support internal controls and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and best practices. 

Qualifications and Educational Requirements 

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in the U.S. 

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience in corporate governance, contracts, or general corporate law (law firm or in-house). 

  • Strong background in project-oriented work; ability to support multi-stakeholder, cross-border initiatives. 

  • Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. 

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment. 

  • High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
