Legal Counsel
We are seeking a motivated and project-oriented Corporate Counsel (or Counsel) to join our internal legal team. This role will provide legal and governance support across the organization, with a strong focus on corporate governance, compliance, and project-related contracts. The ideal candidate will bring a solutions-driven mindset, the ability to partner cross-functionally, and experience managing legal matters for complex, multi-stakeholder projects. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Provide legal support for corporate governance, including drafting and maintaining company policies, board materials, and corporate filings.

Review, draft, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including vendor contracts, service agreements, and project-related documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies across jurisdictions where CTI operates.

Partner with project teams to manage legal risk and support contract execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Advise management on legal and regulatory matters impacting business operations and projects.

Collaborate with external counsel as needed on specialized issues.

Support internal controls and compliance initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and best practices.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school; active license to practice law in the U.S.

Minimum of 3–5 years of legal experience in corporate governance, contracts, or general corporate law (law firm or in-house).

Strong background in project-oriented work; ability to support multi-stakeholder, cross-border initiatives.

Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Ability to balance multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, global environment.

High integrity, sound judgment, and a proactive, collaborative working style.
