General Counsel

Embrace the opportunity to grow with KAAPA Ethanol Holdings, LLC as we expand at our Kearney office!  The General Counsel position will be proactive in providing guidance to our executive and management teams on a wide range of legal matters, take the initiative on managing communication with outside counsel, and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.  The ideal candidate for this role will be an independent, detail-oriented person who is responsible for analyzing and negotiating contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to our operations as well as mitigating legal risks.  We reward high quality work with excellent pay, profit sharing, and a great benefits package.  Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school required, 7-10 years’ experience preferred.  This position is a full-time in office role located at our Kearney office.
