Candidates with significant experience advising executive leadership on healthcare compliance, regulatory interpretation, investigations, governance matters, and Board engagement are encouraged to apply. Candidates who do not possess a JD should demonstrate substantial executive-level healthcare compliance and regulatory leadership experience demonstrating comparable expertise.
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare compliance, regulatory affairs, legal practice, or a closely related field, including experience advising executive leadership on complex regulatory matters.
  • Strong knowledge of HIPAA, public-sector compliance, and behavioral health regulations.
