Attorney Administrator 20 - Division Chief - Finance Division

⁠​‌‌​​​‌​​​‌‌‌​‌​​​‌‌‌​​‌​‌​​‌​‌‌​​‌‌‌​​‌⁠This position functions as the Division Chief of the Finance Division. This division is responsible for handling all investment and bonding transactions for numerous state agencies, departments and state authorities, state surplus funds investments and all general municipal finance and certain financial local government matters relating to counties, cities, villages, townships, districts, authorities, and other local governmental organizations.

Position Description
Education
Possession of a Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited school of law.

Experience
Six years of post-bar admission legal experience.

Membership in good standing in the Michigan State Bar.
