Associate Attorney

Multi-office, highly-rated and very established residential and commercial firm seeks a specific candidate for an Associate position at our Alpharetta Location. Two years plus experience in real estate law is preferred.

This is a high-visibility job, working with a diverse team and under the direct supervision of a Managing Attorney. This requires networking and public speaking within the real estate industry. You will work closely with paralegals for title and survey review work, problem solving and drafting legal documents.

The attorney will conduct residential real estate closings, initiate wires and escrow account reconciliation. The position will require some travel to other local offices to assist as needed or to a satellite office to conduct closings.

• Minimum two years experience in real estate law
• Occasional evening and weekend industry networking events
• Ability to work in a team environment
