As a part of our commercial litigation team, you'll help provide legal support for all our products and businesses. We are looking for a senior litigator to join Apple's commercial litigation team. The ideal candidate is a seasoned business-to-business litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment where priorities and conditions can shift on a daily basis. This role requires a lawyer with exceptional judgment, the ability to deliver concise and actionable advice in real time, and the experience to independently drive complex, high-stakes commercial disputes across multiple jurisdictions around the world.

As a member of Apple's Commercial Litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as providing counsel to internal clients on a wide range of novel matters. The position requires a high degree of self-sufficiency, independent judgment and a trial-focused approach. Travel is required. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.

Minimum Qualifications

8-15+ years of major law firm and/or in-house litigation experience, with a strong focus on complex commercial and business-to-business disputes
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar

Prior in-house experience
Experience negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements
Demonstrated ability to provide clear, concise, and actionable advice under pressure and on short notice

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $235,100 and $353,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $223,400 and $335,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
