Deputy District Attorney 2/3 - Dedicated Prosecutor

The Lincoln County District Attorney’s Office seeks a Deputy District Attorney with at least two years of experience handling felony level cases, with experience in applying the Oregon Sentencing Guidelines. This position will work closely with Lincoln County’s Parole and Probation Department in identifying and monitoring individuals best suited to receive Downward Dispositional Departures as opposed to traditional prison sentences.
