As a Regulatory and Litigation Counsel, Content you will join an Americas-based team that leads the strategy for defending the company in responses to governments and regulators. You will define a defense strategy, conduct investigations, collect and review information, and represent the company in engagements.Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

US: $252000 - $352000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead responses to regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters.
  • Oversee the collection and production of accurate information in external submissions and disclosures.
  • Provide legal advice on incidents and government and regulatory audits and exams.
