Regulatory and Litigation Counsel, Energy

As a Regulatory Affairs, Global Investigations and Enforcement Counsel, within Energy, you will join an Americas-based team responsible for regulatory investigations and enforcement and overlapping civil litigation within the Americas and for developing global strategy for multi-regional issues. You will focus on the energy and infrastructure landscape, such as emerging AI energy performance standards, data center sustainability labeling, grid regionalization efforts, and localized regulation of data centers. You will be involved in defining and driving strategy, conducting investigations, collection and review of information, and representing the company in engagements.

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $252000 - $352000 (USD) + 25% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to and strategy for regulatory inquiries, investigations, litigation, enforcement actions, and overlapping civil matters.
• Assess potential affirmative challenges to existing and incoming regulation.
• Conduct complex factual investigation and oversee collection and production of information and documents.
• Drive potential resolutions and product remediations.
• Coordinate cohesive global response and strategy to multi-regional issues.
