In-House General Counsel

You will serve as the company’s in-house General Counsel, leading legal strategy while also rolling up your sleeves to draft, negotiate, and litigate where necessary.

Ideal Candidate

JD from top-tier law school, admitted to practice in California

5–12 years of experience in commercial litigation, corporate law, or a mix of both

Demonstrated ability to manage or lead civil litigation from complaint through resolution

Experience with transactional documents: stock/asset purchase agreements, loan docs, advisor comp agreements

Business-oriented thinker who can balance legal protection with entrepreneurial speed

Bonus: Background in RIA regulatory work, real estate transactions, or IP protection
