A leading private equity-backed global enterprise software company is seeking a Regional Counsel to serve as its primary legal advisor for North America. This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with deep experience negotiating complex SaaS and enterprise software transactions to join a high-growth technology business in a highly visible role, partnering directly with senior commercial leadership while helping drive strategic business initiatives.

As the sole attorney supporting the North American business, you'll serve as a trusted business partner, providing practical, solutions-oriented legal counsel on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters. You'll lead negotiations involving sophisticated SaaS, software licensing, subscription, professional services, and strategic partnership agreements, advise on privacy and AI-related issues, support M&A initiatives, and collaborate closely with colleagues across a global legal team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Approximately 7+ years of combined law firm and/or in-house experience.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with commercial objectives.
• Familiarity with privacy, AI, information security, or related regulatory matters; M&A experience is a plus.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
