Startup Legal Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Startup Legal Consultant with a strong EC/VC background from top-tier firms like Fenwick, Cooley, or Gunderson. This freelance role is ideal for someone who wants to work remotely with complete flexibility on an hourly basis and enjoys supporting early-stage startups with their evolving legal needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and review legal documents and templates

• Offer flexible, on-demand answers to basic legal questions.

• Collaborate on creating blog posts and educational content that demystifies legal topics for founders

Who You Are:

• An attorney with experience from a reputable firm (Fenwick, Cooley, Gunderson, etc.) who has worked closely with startups.

• Ready to work hourly and jump into projects as needed.

• Strong communicator, comfortable in a remote and dynamic environment.
