Job Description:

A corporate lawyer is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to businesses and corporations. They work to ensure that their clients operate within the law and comply with regulations. The corporate lawyer will be responsible for:

• Advising clients on legal matters related to their business operations
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Representing clients in court or in negotiations with other parties
• Providing guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other business transactions
• Assisting with corporate governance and compliance issues
• Researching and analyzing legal issues and providing recommendations to clients

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Florida Bar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing corporate law
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
