Real Estate and Corporate Counsel

Company headquartered in New Braunfels is seeking an attorney with at least five years of experience (and preferably more) to lead its real estate work and assist in supporting its Sales and other internal groups with commercial contracts. This position will report to the General Counsel and have potential for advancement. The attorney hired will be willing to work onsite five days a week and have prior experience with real estate matters and, ideally, experience with a wide variety of commercial contracts as well. Compensation for this role will be very competitive, with annual bonus and equity grants, which have done quite well due to the company's growth and market share in its industry. Company will assist with relocation if required.
