Boston-based investment firm is seeking an experienced attorney with 4+ years of major law firm experience to join its dynamic legal team and support the diverse business needs of a global hedge fund. This is an exciting opportunity for a curious, driven legal professional to work across multiple substantive areas, including regulatory advice, transaction and agreement negotiation, investment-related legal matters, and general corporate work. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional attention to detail, high ethical standards, strong interpersonal and quantitative reasoning skills, and a rigorous work ethic. Asset management experience is a plus.
