At UpGuard, we are replacing manual security bottlenecks with AI-driven precision. Fresh off a US$75M Series C, we are scaling our infrastructure to process 100 billion risk signals daily. This isn’t just growth; it’s a total reimagining of how the world manages cyber risk.

We build the Cyber Risk Posture Management (CRPM) platform that security teams actually love. By integrating security ratings, threat intel, and agentic AI, we empower organisations to stay ahead of an ever evolving attack surface.

We aren’t just building another tool; we’re defining a category. We provide the autonomy to ship world-class technology and the resources to do it at a global scale.

    • Manage legal intake and responses for customer RFPs, vendor forms, and security/legal questionnaires.

    • Maintain and update front-line standard agreement templates to reflect evolving business needs.

  • Contract Life Cycle Management: Serve as the custodian of our contract lifecycle management practices, turning baseline contract administration into high-value data stewardship for the business.

    • Perform essential contract data entry, document auditing, and metadata tagging to build and maintain an accurate, reliable legal repository.

    • Track key post-execution obligations and commercial terms to support corporate reporting, risk tracking, and organizational accessibility.

    • Continuously improve our templates, forms, enablement resources, and processes to streamline and simplify deals and product/service terms.

  • Legal Operations: Modernize and build scalable tools and resources to keep the commercial legal function efficient.

    • Maintain, build, and refine core contracting assets, including negotiation playbooks, clause libraries, and approval guidelines.

    • Support the development, optimization, and integration of legal workflows and technology stacks (e.g., Ironclad, DealHub, Hubspot, Asana, DocuSign, etc.).

    • Assist in the development and training of business teams on legal best practices, current processes, effective legal engagement, and current legal/regulatory matters.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership & Support: Cultivate strong working relationships with Deal Desk, Finance, Revenue Accounting, Sales, and Security teams to align on commercial terms, mitigate business risk, and drive deal velocity.

  • Regulatory & Compliance Support: Stay updated on relevant industry standards, laws, and regulations, including data privacy laws, and establish appropriate corporate policies and processes to help the company scale effectively.

  • Special Projects: Additional opportunities to gain exposure to high-visibility strategic legal initiatives, given your interest areas and the needs of a growing company,, including product legal reviews, privacy compliance, intellectual property, marketing, employment, and corporate governance.

What will you bring?

  • 2+ years experience drafting, negotiating, and managing end-to-end B2B SaaS transactions and contract lifecycle management at a law firm, in-house or a combination of both.

What will give you an edge?

  • Experience supporting a SaaS sales organization across U.S. markets and/or internationally.
