Counsel or Senior Associate

Who we're looking for:
- 5+ years of private funds experience (8+ years ideal)
- Private practice and/or in-house experience ideal
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client and time management skills
- Entrepreneurial mindset and comfort working independently
- Someone who enjoys direct client interaction and taking ownership of their work
