Legal AI Training Attorney – Remote Contract (30–40 Hours/Week)

Lawtrades is inviting experienced in-house and corporate attorneys to apply their legal judgment to the development of advanced AI systems. This is a high-impact opportunity for counsel who enjoy complex analysis, exacting written work, and emerging technology.

The role is especially well suited to attorneys with recent, hands-on experience in commercial contracts, product counseling, compliance or regulatory work, litigation management, privacy, intellectual property, corporate transactions, or legal operations.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Create sophisticated legal tasks based on realistic professional scenarios, including prompts, fact patterns, and supporting materials.

• Develop detailed grading standards that distinguish excellent legal analysis from work containing factual, reasoning, or judgment errors.

• Evaluate AI-generated legal work for accuracy, clarity, completeness, professional appropriateness, and use of relevant authorities.

• Write exemplary legal analyses and corrective explanations that are precise, practical, and thoroughly reasoned.

• Identify subtle AI failure modes and refine work in response to expert feedback and detailed project guidance.
