• Juris Doctorate and licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri or other state(s)
• Minimum of three years of experience as a practicing attorney with one-year experience in relevant practice areas
• Experience working in private practice representing institutional investment advisors and/or fund companies, in-house counsel for a fund company or institutional investment advisor, or with the Securities and Exchange Commission
