The Contract Administration Manager will oversee the negotiation and administration of complex contracts, and ensure the early identification and mitigation of contractual risk, as well as the review and resolution of issues affecting the Company’s compliance with contracts, regulations and internal directives and procedures. You have strong experience in contract formation, negotiation and execution in the software industry and you thrive in an entrepreneurial environment.

A day in the life of a Contract Administration Manager at Collibra:

You’ll be reporting directly to the Legal Director and be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

  • Reviewing and editing a wide array of agreements and documents including SAAS agreements, software licenses, partnership agreements, NDAs etc.
  • Leading contract negotiations with customers, in conjunction with the Legal Director to resolve discrepancies in commercial and legal terms
  • Overseeing day-to-day contract flow of agreements both internally and externally to customers and partners
  • Implementing and utilizing contract management software to capture deal terms and ensure all database information is accurate and organized
  • Helping enhance Collibra’s processes and managing the daily tracking of incoming requests, contract status updates and storage and retrieval of key agreement terms in Salesforce
  • Working internally with Finance, Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to establish processes and increase internal efficiencies
  • Generating various status reports, including reports to track expiring contracts, and issue follow-up correspondence to customers
  • Reviewing existing customer contracts to track key terms
  • Ensuring customer compliance with all legal-related contract obligations
  • Performing all administrative tasks necessary for the position, including filing, mailing, scanning, etc.

Why we need you:

You have...

  • A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience with contract formation, negotiation and execution; direct experience in the Software industry and review of SAAS agreements is a must.
  • You’re extremely organized and able to work independently with little supervision, as well as within a team;
  • Your attention to detail and accuracy is outstanding, as are your strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and information security is not required, but it is definitely a plus.
  • International experience and other languages is also a plus.
