Employment Counsel Jobs

Employment counsel advise and represent businesses and organizations on legal matters related to the employer-employee relationship. They may handle issues such as discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits. Employment lawyers may also draft and negotiate employment contracts and policies, advise on compliance with employment laws and regulations, and handle employment-related disputes and litigation.
