Corporate Governance Counsel Jobs

Corporate governance counsel advise and represent businesses and organizations on legal matters related to the management and oversight of corporations, partnerships, and other business structures. They may advise on compliance with laws and regulations governing corporate governance, such as the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and handle matters related to corporate structure, shareholder rights, and executive compensation. Corporate governance lawyers may also advise on corporate social responsibility, sustainability, and ethical business practices. They may work in private practice, in-house at a company, or in government or nonprofit organizations.
